If you like the deal you will need to secure it by signing our terms and conditions and paying the sourcing fee

A Phone/video call will then be scheduled to discuss the property in more detail. An in-depth investors pack disclosing full property details will be sent out

Once the property has been viewed. We then instruct the agent or vendor who will contact you directly to complete the deal.
